The Mississippi Legislature passed a bill to allow some cities to establish leisure and recreation districts where alcohol could be served and consumed outside. The bill originally was written for cities on the Gulf Coast, but Rep. Steve Holland amended it to include Tupelo, and other 10 other cities were later added. Daily Journal Capitol Bureau chief Bobby Harrison (7:58) joins Derek and Brad to talk about the bill and the impact it may have on Tupelo.
