That includes a “crazy good” four-ingredient recipe for maccheroni spezzati in broda, or chicken soup with broken noodles and spinach. This week’s Cook of the Week is Saltillo’s David Carlisle Jr., who learned to cook in college out of necessity and found it to be his creative outlet. His specialities include lasagna, Greek bread, chex mix and hamburgers.
